Child Safety Standards
Effective Date: March 26, 2026
1. Age Requirement
"The Singles Ward" ("the App") is operated by Especially For Singles LLC and is strictly limited to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts, access the App, or interact with other users. Age eligibility is verified during the registration process.
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. The following are strictly prohibited on the App:
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
- Sharing, soliciting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Grooming or any behavior intended to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
- Any attempt to use the App to contact, solicit, or exploit minors in any way.
3. Detection and Prevention
We employ the following measures to detect and prevent CSAE content and behavior on the App:
- AI-Powered Content Moderation: All photos and text content submitted to the App are automatically analyzed using artificial intelligence to detect prohibited content, including explicit imagery and harmful language.
- Human Review: Content flagged by our automated systems is reviewed by trained moderators who can take immediate action, including content removal and account suspension.
- In-App Reporting: Users can report profiles, photos, and messages that they believe violate our policies. All reports are reviewed and acted upon promptly.
- Account Enforcement: Accounts found to be in violation of this policy are immediately suspended or permanently banned.
4. Reporting to Authorities
We comply with all applicable child safety laws. If we become aware of any CSAM or CSAE activity on the App, we will:
- Immediately remove the content and disable the offending account.
- Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, as required by U.S. federal law.
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
- Preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
5. User Reporting
If you encounter any content or behavior on the App that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:
- In-App: Use the report feature available on any profile, photo, or message.
- Email: Contact us at contact@singlesward.app.
- NCMEC CyberTipline: You may also report directly at missingkids.org.
