Terms of Service for "The Singles Ward"

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to "The Singles Ward" dating app ("the App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and "The Singles Ward." By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 and capable of forming a legally binding contract.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the App

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and display your content for operating and improving the App.

5.2 Content Guidelines

Your content must not infringe on others' rights, be false or misleading, promote hate speech or violence, or contain harmful code. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the App, other users, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Utah.
