Account Issues

I can't sign in to my account.

Make sure you are using the same sign-in method (Apple, Google, or Facebook) that you used when you first created your account. If you continue to have trouble, try restarting the app or updating to the latest version. If the issue persists, contact us at support@singlesward.app.

I'm not receiving a verification email.

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it, try signing in again to trigger a new email. Make sure the email address associated with your sign-in provider is correct.

Profile Help

How do I edit my profile?

Go to the Profile tab in the app. From there you can update your photos, bio, prompts, and personal details. Changes are saved automatically.

Why was my photo rejected?

All photos are reviewed to ensure they meet our community guidelines. Photos may be rejected if they contain inappropriate content, are blurry or unrecognizable, or do not clearly show your face. If you believe your photo was rejected in error, contact us and we will review it.

How do I change my location?

Singles Ward uses your device's GPS to determine your location. Make sure location services are enabled for the app in your device settings. Your location updates automatically when you open the app.

Reporting Concerns

How do I report a user?

Open the profile of the person you want to report and tap the report button. Select the reason for your report and submit it. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.

What happens after I submit a report?

Our team reviews every report. Depending on the severity, we may issue a warning, hide the reported content, or suspend the account. We take all reports seriously and prioritize user safety.

Deleting Your Account

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app:

  1. Go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Can I recover my account after deleting it?

No. Account deletion is permanent. All your profile data, photos, messages, and matches will be permanently removed within 30 days. You are welcome to create a new account at any time.
